Undisclosed construction works, cleanliness issues and poor handling of guest concerns significantly affected the stay. Positive: The location is very central. Negative: The apartment was not clean upon arrival. In addition, severe construction works were taking place in the building during my stay, including drilling, demolition noise and vibrations from 8:00 AM onwards. These conditions were not disclosed before booking. I reported the issue immediately upon arrival, but no relocation solution was offered. I also requested the official complaint form (“hoja de reclamaciones”) several times and it was neither provided nor was I informed how to obtain it. In addition, my reservation was temporarily cancelled during my stay, causing confusion and concerns regarding access to the apartment.
